Any attempt to have only the lemon and apple cider drink and still eating crap is certainly not going to help too much. The point is that this wonderful drink helps set the perfect scene on the inside of your body so that everything else you do will have additional benefits and make your results all the more rewarding.

Morning Drink Recipe

Place the juice of half a lemon and 1-2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a mug. Fill the mug with warm filtered water. Have it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

If you currently drink tea or coffee first thing in the morning, you’ll just be having a lemon, apple cider tea instead!
